Lacey Realty is the oldest real estate firm in Avery County North Carolina and was founded in 1962 by S.B. Lacey, a true real estate pioneer. Our firm has provided quality service to a number of clients over the years. We are familiar with Avery County and the surrounding communities, including Newland communities. We specialize in full service residential, land and commercial properties. Lacey Realty’s brokers are natives of Avery County, and can provide in-depth knowledge of the area. We have two locations, Newland NC and Linville NC, to best suit your real estate needs.
